We ship all our international orders via USPS Airmail. International orders typically arrive within 6-8 business days after the shipping date.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all online orders via PayPal. You DO NOT have to be a registered PayPal user to order through the Bald Freak store. All you need is a credit card to use PayPal (steal your Mom's). It is easy to use & 100% secure. Don't have a credit card?  No problem. We accept personal checks, money orders, and/or cash transactions, as well.  E-mail us at BaldFreakMusic @ aol.com & we'll work it out with you.  We handle & ship all our orders personally - no outside companies, no third parties.  Nothin but love.

Q My order was shipped 2 weeks ago and I still have not received it. What is the Lost in Mail Policy?
A There's nothing worse than waiting for music. Unfortunately, once us Freaks send it out, it's in the hands of the mighty USPS. We have a (1) one month policy on items which appear to be lost in the mail for domestic orders. International orders have a (6) six week policy before being re-shipped. If you have not received your order after this period of time after the shipping date, you can contact BaldFreakMusic @ aol.com and we will work on getting you another order shipped ASAP or processing a refund. The reason for this waiting period is because Priority Mail has no guarantee on the exact time it will take for the order to be received, and they offer no tracking numbers. International orders sometimes get held up in Customs, as well.

Q I need my order tomorrow - do you ship Express Mail ?
A All domestic (U.S.) orders ship via First Class Mail. All international orders ship via Airmail. If you need to place an order with any special shipping options (overnight, 2-day air), we can probably get it done for you. Contact us at BaldFreakMusic @ aol.com

Q When are orders shipped?
A We typically ship all orders out on the THURSDAY after your order has been confirmed. Please be patient, we are a small team with a lot of responsibilities. We confirm all shipments via e-mail every Thursday.

Q What if my order has items that are listed as being on BACKORDER?
A While all our product is in stock 99% of the time, backorders do happen. If an item you've ordered is on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail & will wait for the item to be back in-stock before shipping out your entire order. If you wish to receive your order in pieces & wait for the backordered item later, reply to our e-mail & let us know.

Q What's the deal with PRE-ORDERS?
A Pre-ordering product is a great way to guarantee you receive new releases on their street date. If you place a multiple item order that includes a PRE-ORDER, the PRE-ORDER will be treated just like a "backorder." As soon as we receive the PRE-ORDER, we will ship it out to you in time for the release's street date.
